Every effort will be given to make sure any images Foxx Photos, LLC considers “Private” won’t be seen by anyone outside of Foxx Photos, LLC Staff and the client. Foxx Photos, LLC does reserve the right to use any and all photos taken to be used as advertising aids or promotional aids. Foxx Photos, LLC will retain a copy of any and all photos taken for serval purposes. Foxx Photos, LLC will be held harmless for any matters pertaining to images that could be made public. We value you as a client and you will be treated as family. We appreciate your business and your trust. We also want to make anyone aware that mistakes can and will occur. Not every photograph will be perfect and flawless. Some may not meet your standards. If this occurs Foxx Photos, LLC will make every effort to correct the issue best as can be in the given situation. No discounts will be given for blurry or out of focus images or if camera equipment malfunctions. Again, we appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you through our lens soon…
